Christmas @ Pavilion

Saturday, December 29, 2007

First time, I didn't join Christmas countdown on eve. So, me and my bf already decided go to Pavilion on Christmas day. Thanks God that no traffic jam while we on the way to Pavilion. When we arrived KL, start raining heavily. We parked our car at Star Hill. His cousin said the parking rate there cheaper. The parking rate at Star Hill count as per hour (before 6pm), after 6pm is RM5/6 (if I not mistaken).

This is my first time "step" into Pavilion which located at Bukit Bintang (opposite Star Hill). Awesome. I was attracted by their Christmas decoration. Just simply white as main color. No doubt, I capture lots of photo. Here I share with all of you. *All the photos of Pavilion decoration and structure is no edit and capture without flash.

***Awesome, right?***

***A big snow ball for me***

***Silly me***

***Merry merry Christmas at Pavilion***

We had our dinner at Tony Roma's after we walked around and wonder which restaurant we wanna have our dinner. A nice feeling environment. We ordered a set of Christmas dinner for 2 person. There are 5 different yummy dish.

***Menu @ Tony Roma's***

***Tropical Orange Freeze and wine***
It was my first time drink wine, taste not bad. Both of this drinks tasty.

***Bread & Herb Butter***
The first dish they serve us. We just ate little only because we wanna wait for the main dish. *winks*

***Soup of the Day***
Served in soup cup for every guest. I like the soup. Delicious. But we didn't dip the biscuit into the soup. I brought back. Haaa~~

***Carolina Honeys Tenders***

This is the 3rd dish. We got shocked because it is too big portion. How can we finish it while there are still have main dish for us. So, we decided pack back since we can't finish it. Hee~ Better not to waste it since the foods is so delicious. Not cheap also. Carolina Honeys Tenders very delicious. It is friend chicken tenders tossed in their Caroline Honeys Barbecue sauce and served with cooling Ranch dressing for dipping. *yummy yummy* Thumb up. Actually there are 2 choices for this "part", another dish is Onion Leaf - Giant hand-cut Spanish onions, breaded, deep-fried and served with their house BBQ sauce. I saw the photo of this dish on the menu, it is not attracting me, so end up, I choose the dish as shown.

***Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Chicken***

Yeap! My main dish. There are 2 grilled, boneless chicken breasts smothered in their Roasted Garlic & Rosemary BBQ sauce and sprinkle with granted Romano cheese. Served with rice and broccoli. Thumb UP!!!! Really super fancy goods and delicious. *Oh NO!! I'll gain my wight after this.* Erm, never mind la~ Once in a blue moon. *a good excuse for myself. ^^*

***Ribeye Steak***

This is a 10oz steak grilled to out liking and topped with their own steak butter. Served with broccoli and smashed potatoes. Although there is no sauce for this dish, but still very tasty. All the ingredients they marinated in the steak can taste it.

They are 5 different choices for this part. Another 3 yummy dish are Grilled Pacific Cod - a 10oz pacific cod fillet char grilled, topped with scampi butter and their Roma tomato pesto salad. Served with rice and broccoli.

4th is Bountiful Beef Ribs-Roma Rack - a plateful of big, meaty beef ribs basted with TR original BBQ sauce. 5th, Shrimp Scampi Pasta - a generous portion of shrimp and bowtie pasta lightly sauteed with garlic, basil, tomatoes and pesto. Topped with Romano cheese.

***TR's Christmas Pudding***
Served with creme anglaise.
I ate half of it only, because is too sweet for me (and for my bf too).

p/s: All the detail information for kinds of dish is from Tony Roma's Christmas menu.

Well, I very satisfied with their foods. The service is very good too. The waiter very polite and willing to explain more on different kinds of food. While we enjoy-ING our foods, he came to us and ask how about the foods.

After dinner, we continue to walked around in the mall. It's too full for us. The portion is too big, I think 3 or 4 person only can finish the whole dinner set. Anyway, I really enjoyed the dinner together with dear.

10pm, all the shop is close. So, we went to Starbucks to wait our time pass because we will watch mid night movie - Alien versus Predictor II. Again, this is the second time I visit Starbucks in one week time. and again I ordered green tea latte (for my bf). ^^

***I love Starbucks***
