Bangkok Shopping Trip ♥ MBK & Siam Paragon

Wednesday, April 20, 2011

Both MBK and Siam Paragon is the popular shopping mall in Bangkok. We didn't buy anything there because the price is slightly higher compare to the stuff in Platinum Mall etc. So we just walked around and took some photos.

Our first and the only photo with the tuk tuk. We were ready to explore the shopping mall in Bangkok!!

MBK Center, also known as Mah Boon Krong which located at Phayathai Road, Pathumwan.

Actually I plan to go to NaRaYa shop at MBK, but since I accidentally found another NaRaYa shop at Patpong Market, so we just walked around and had our Mc D there! *Pork burger is nice! Don't forget to try it*

Mc D billboard inside MBK.

Casual outfit of the day - everything I wore was bought from BKK. Duckie tee, short jeans, sling bag... and the slipper that you couldn't see in this photo. YAY! Totally Bangkok mode!! :)

We were on the way to Siam Paragon and saw a "Fight to Japan" campaign was going on. It was a campaign to help the tsunami and earth quake incident which happened in Japan few weeks ago. p/s: My friend appeared on Bangkok TV news!

Origami were hanging every way. Pray and blessing to all the Japanese and people who staying in Japan.

Nice and unique things were selling at the campaign. p/s: I saw pretty VJ too, tall & fair.

One the way to Siam Paragon. It is not far away from MBK. hmmm... around 5-10 minutes walk. It is actually connected with MBK by elevated walkways.

Madame Tussauds in Bangkok. I'm sure there will be many Thailand actor/actress in BKK Madamn Tussauds. Agree?

Beautiful decoration inside Siam Paragon shopping mall.

I'm not sure what was happening there but the decoration behind me was really beautiful and colourful.

Entrance of Siam Paragon.

Siam Paragon is quite similar to The Gardens or Pavilion in KL. All the branded shop like Gucci, LV etc is located inside Siam Paragon.

There were 6 of us went to Bangkok. Another couple went to Pattaya on the second day, so left 4 of us only on the third day.

Train station behind us. You could reach MBK or Siam Paragon by train too.

Lovely ETUDE House.

That's his car (in his dream). tee hee...

That was the fatty sausage if I'm not mistaken. The taste was not bad. You should try different kinds of foods selling beside road street.

Jagung (corn) + coconut.
The combination was special. Some sugar was added too.

Last photo to end this post - advertising billboard at Bangkok street.

Next post, I will intro a place to you and it is highly recommended by me!
Stay Tuned.
