Grand Opening of EurAsia Bar Bistro @ Damansara Heights

It was pleased to get an invitation to the grand opening of the newly bar & bistro at Damansara Heights - EurAsia Bar Bistro which located nearby The Hill Restaurant & Bistro. Beside that, I got the chance to meet with few local famous artist - the international model - Amber Chia, great violist - Dennis Lau, local actress - Stella Chong 钟晓玉 & famous host - Chui Ling.

Amber Chia was beyond stunning - nice body figure even after delivered a baby. I'm so honour to had dinner with her, her husband & baby boy. Stella Chong is really petite and skinny, same goes to Chui Ling too. They are slightly different from what we saw in magazine or TV program. All of them are very thin in real life. No wonder.... many people says "You have to be very very thin if you're a artist." That's really true.

Alright, so what's all about EurAsia? Beside a bar & bistro, they are also serving authentic fusion cuisine with a combination of Europe and Asia countries. Although they are just a bar & bistro, surprisingly they are also serving delectable foods. 

Grand opening of EurAsia and these were all the wishes from media & friends.

Let's toast for the grand opening of EurAsia.

Salad: Mix salad greens and Asian seaweed topped with wafu dressing
A very refreshing starter and I simply like it because it was vegetables! The wafu dressing added some extra taste to the plain salad.

Appertizer: Pan-seared Foie Gras with volcano maki

Pan-seared Foie Gras, it was crispy and blend well with the sauce. *yummy*

Entree: Surf & turf with pan-seared salmon, grilled lamb rack and jumbo fried prawn with a trio of exciting sauce

There were 3 different kind of dishes served together and every dishes place in a small bowl.

Dessert: Homemade coconut ice cream served with rum raisin layered cake & mix fruit

Highly recommended the coconut ice cream. Coconut shred was mixed with the ice cream. It was super duper yummylicious!!! Although the presentation of the coconut ice cream doesn't look interesting but it was unique.

Run raisin layered cake was nice too and some fruits to detox after having a heavy meal :)
