Let's toss higher, may this Dragon year will bring more prosperous to all of us.
Braised assorted dried seafood soup with crab meat
Please let the waitress know if you don't eat shark fin, they will have a separate bowl for you.
Deep-fried chicken with plum sauce
It may looks like a simple dish, yet the tenderness of the chicken might impress you. The chicken taste good with the plum sauce that served together.
Deep-fried red snapper fish with vinegar sauce
A simple yet taste homely fish.
Baked tiger prawn with special chef sauce
Stir-fried vegatables with almond flakes
This dish was everyone's favourite and it just finished by all of us in a mere moment.
Clay pot rice with preserved meat
Another favourite dish of all the Chinese out there. Since Cheng Ho Court is a pork free restaurant, thus duck meat was used in this clay pot rice, the taste was good and flavourful.
Chilled sea coconut with longan and lemon
A refreshing dessert to end the scrumptious meal.
The pinky rounded cute dessert was the mochi with red bean. It was soft, tender and sweeeeeettt :)
Not to forget the fried nian gao & yam.
