Our Valentine's Day 2015 ♥ BEAST, The Intermark

14th February 2015 is our 10th Valentine's Day. 
Thanks to The Big Group, we got the chance to enjoy our Valentine's Day dinner at Beast Restaurant, located at The Intermark for 2 pax for free.

Actually, I participated in The Big Group Instagram contest in conjunction of Christmas month and I'm one of the lucky one who's my wishes will be granted by them. We were required to draw our wishlist on the customized postcard by The Big Group and drop it at any outlets or upload it on Instagram with hashtag. My Christmas wishes was to have a 30th birthday dinner at Beast Restaurant in January 2015 but we couldn't make it in my birthday month (January) due to some problems. Anyway, The Big Group is kind enough to offer us a Valentine's Dinner at Beast.

Let's check out the Valentine's Dinner Set which cost RM180++ per pax.

There were 8 course meal.

Irish Cream Ale Bread
The bread was quite tough and hard to cut into smaller pieces, however the Irish Cream which taste like butter is really good.

Trio Asparangus on Truffle Sabayon
Thumbs up to the chef. There were 2 cooking method for the asparagus - grilled and fried.

Creamy White Onion Soup

Pan Seared Foie Gras
which served with crispy parmesan, risotto, and balsamic.

The foie gras taste heavenly good!!!! and the risotto is my favourite too.

I'm enjoying every bite of it. YUM! 

The sequence of the foods to be served to the customers were really good. After we had the foie gras with risotto, the waiter served 2 mini glasses of granita before the main course.

Granita is a semi-frozen dessert made from sugar, water and various type of  flavoring. For this granita, Chef added the lemon flavour which quite refreshing and increase our taste bud.

After the filing main course, here's the beautiful dessert.

Champagne Gelee, Berries Sauce, Mango Raspberry Ice Cream

The presentation wasn't really good but who's care. Because it taste so awesome!!!

There were also 2 glasses of complimentary wine for us too.

Finally, here's the last one - chocolate.

That was an awesome dinner, with good foods and most importantly, lovely companion.

What it is all about?

The Big Group is giving some Valentine's Day ideas so we could use to spice up the couple love life.

How time flies...
After our 9th Valentine's Day this year, here comes our 10th Anniversary *soon* (2 more weeks).

We are going to have something....
special.. perhaps.... :)
